Use the official Run 4 Wales App to inspect the route pre-race and live track participants on race day with full Google Maps Functionality.

You can check out the location of drink and energy stations, course entertainment and more! It’s also the best resource for race day information and announcements.

Your loved ones can receive live updates from course timing points and share progress to social media. You can also create and download a finishers time certificate!

PLEASE NOTE: Full start lists will not be available on the app until the morning of the race, so don’t panic if you can’t find yourself on there in the lead up to the event.

A new Run 4 Wales app launched for 2026, so you may need to re-download this from the app store if you have used it previously.

The app is available on the App Store and Google Play.

Do not panic if your name does not appear on the app, full participant lists are loaded on the morning of the race.
